Cloud save deleted

I completed NFS heat a few years ago. I made sure my local saves get synced with the ea cloud. Now, when I get back to play the game, my progress is deleted, like a clean new account. I checked the linked account, and it's the correct one. I have the same pc. I did not delete anything, so how is something like this even possible? Is ea incapable of maintaining its servers? A multi-billion-dollar company and still incapable of such crucial things.

 

One more thing: when I launched, the game had a totally different launcher splash screen, and one time it asked me to enter my freakin disc key. What the hell!!!??? I bought it on steam, and ea knows that so how the hell is this even possible?

 

I am never buying ea game again in my life. Ever. Customer support is **bleep**.
