@bawtay Check your email, including your spam folder for any communication that may potentially be a ban notification. What is your exact device make and model and which exact operating system/firmware are you using on it?

i am using Sony Xperia M5 E5653 with Android Lollipop 5.1 i never received email about banned notification (have checked my spam, inbox) 😢

@bawtay Have you ever successfully played? It is possible your device is not compatible with this game.

From this morning, after complete first "hot wheels" event, I receive same message. I do not try to unistall and install because maybe I lost all progress. My id is: [Removed - Admin.] I am not able to install google play games due to incompatibility with my device. My device is a chinese one Ecoo E04 aurora plus with 3gb ram. How I can resolve? @Giorgigno2017 We can only help players with devices that are compatible with the game and who acquire the game through official channels, i.e. via the Google Play Store for Android users.

Same here. Played the game today evening, but suddenly after few hours its giving the connection issue. Using iOS 10.3.1 and checked if any updates are available but its all up-to-date.

At first, I thought it was because of the purchase. I installed the app on another iPhone... no luck there either.

Same here, I played earlier this evening in the limited time event, but now all I get is the connection failed, please check your internet connection error. I tried multiple wifis and data, restarted the phone, nothing works and I still cant play it. Very frustrating when a limited time even is going on

I've successfully played, I'm level 67...but I can't connect either. I've reset and cleared everything! Do you have real answers or are you just here to redirect?

I have every car and finished the game with a compatable device. All work great until I downloaded the ast update and now it's this error.
