Controller Message

Although my controller is connected, I'm still getting this message. What's even more annoying is that my controller works on the game but I can't seem to get the message to go away. I have searched ...

Hey, that's odd alright, but hopefully we can figure it out.

Can I check if you're connected wirelessly or with a cable? Also do you have any software for controllers on your PC? Are you using an official Xbox controller or something else?

If you do have any controller software(even official Xbox controller software), can you try disabling it, and see if it has an impact?

@EA_David Same issue here, I can not get this message to go away, but the controller works.
