Cop & Racer AI

Need For Speed Heat has a lot of problems but my main two issues are the following.

--- T E R R I B L E cop ai: Jumping ramps makes them lose you [Even if you got a helicopter on you], if your cop is not touching a surface the cops stop following or slow down and sometimes abandon the chase if you're not technically touching any surface. Cops also at heat levels 1 and 2 are mostly the same and don't provide any significant difference between each other making them meaningless. And one more thing about cops is that they can't seem to find you after taking a ramp on getting on a different level of height even though you are really seeable in the game by them.

---Race bot ai: Even though I'm 100 above the requirement to take a race there is ALWAYS one car that can keep up even though his car is extremely underpowered compared to mine. This seems like a lazy attempt at either saving money and spending said money somewhere else. No car ai should be able to keep up even if the difference is 50. And for the most part the bots you race against are reasonable B U T some of them magically start accelerating as if God gave them a push forward which is extremely dumb and unrealistic [And no they don't use nitro when this happens] So please fix the ai bots.

---Also two things you could do to improve the ambience in the game is [People wandering the world/city]      [More traffic during the day because night traffic is too much compared to day time traffic currently]
