Crash Dump file for black screen

Hi support, As many peoples, I've the game don't launch. A black screen appears and after 10 sec, it returns to the Origin app. I want to join my crash dump file but the upload says that the file ...

Go to the Origin menu, Application Settings, diagnostics, choose the appropriate option to the right of Origin crash reporting.
