Cross Saving PC and PS Vita

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to ask whether can I cross save my Need for Speed: Most Wanted on my PS VITA to my PC version and vice versa? I have Need for Speed: Most Wanted game on both my PC (Origin) and PS VITA (PSN linked to Origin)

    Different platform have different saves and one version does not influence the other.
