Customer Service

I would like to express my satisfaction on the efficiency of the Customer Service.

I had a problem with the complete DLC pack that I bought. Though it seemed to be installed, all features contained in the pack were still locked.

The Customer Service took all the needed time to try and fix it and although our phone conversation was terminated for an unknown reason, they went on working on it AND IT WORKS.
