[Data Collection] - Xbox - Cannot get past "Sign in as..." Screen

I have found a way to fix the issue temporarily. I have tried using a different account and the same issue happened just loading screen. 
so I tried my controller that came with my Xbox one s and plugged into the front USB port and the game loaded up, also i disconnected the original controller to use it wireless and then reloaded the game and the same bug happend. 

So I can load and play the game wired but as soon as I disconnect the controller the game pauses and asks me to reconnect controller. I plugged it back in and no response to the game but it stills works to dashboard. 

so if you guys want to try it out 

plug a wired controller in and leave it connected

I bought the game on 1/27/2020 and got to play it for 3 hours then shut my Xbox down and went to play the next day around 10 pm and the game is stuck on the start up screen and won’t let me press A on my controller to continue to the game I’ve done restarted my council multiple times fully shut it down and powered it back up disconnected it from internet and reconnected it and also have reinstalled the game twice and wiped the little data I had thinking it would fix it.I’m very displeased with the game and you guys at EA fix the game already

My guess is that thre is a problem with the models 1708 and  Firmware Version: 4.8.1908.0 and 3.1.1221.0 of the xbox one controller

the previous Firmware Version: 2.3.2385.0 works fine

so you're saying i can't have anything connected to my xbox front or back for this game to work now? what about those of us that use an external SSD for more game space? most of my games are installed there.

Until someone at EA figures out how they broke the game with the new patch and fixes it, the only way to play the game if you are having this issue is:

By ATTEMPTING to join someone else's game. Be it a friend, a player you've played with before, or going to the game on your home screen and hitting start, then select Official club. From there select multiplayer. Find someone who has a post up and selecting that then scroll down to their gamer tag and select to join game. 

By trying to join games through the Official club I've been able to bypass the main log in screen and play the game just fine. Otherwise I can't play this game at all. I've tried to join games that were full, and ones that no longer exist and it's still let me by pass the main screen and just takes you to the default screen where you pick multiplayer, solo or what have you.
