Data Lost

Hello,

I recently downloaded NS No limits for my iPhone. I also purchased quite a bit in gold and packages and today everything disappeared. I read the FAQ and I was logged into my Game Center the entire time. Nothing was changed but everything is gone. Now it took me to the tutorial -at ththe beginning and I lost everything. I would like some sort of support so I can either get everything loaded back to my account or get my money back. Please let me know what i need to do.

    Hi @pand3rz

    If you're seeing the tutorial stage of Need for Speed: No Limits again, but have previously had your game logged in to Google Plus or Game Center, you may simply need to log back into your profile your save from the servers. Just make sure it's the correct profile in case you have different profiles.

    If you've manually uninstalled then reinstalled your game and returned the tutorial stage, and had not previously had your game connected to Google Plus or Game Center. Most likely your save data has been lost and cannot be restored.

    If your unsaved data was lost due to a game crash or update, or if a previously saved game is not appearing after reconnecting, please contact Firemonkeys' support team for technical support. Firemonkeys is the studio behing NFSNL and will be happy to assist with any technical issue.

    I have submitted a request from to them but they have not rdplied its been almost 2 weeks!!!
