Hi, is there any chance an EA forum staff could get me in touch with an EA employee that can ban cheaters? There's currently a Playstation player impersonating me that has 2 PC alts which he use to DDoS NFS HPR lobbies (kicking everyone out).
As things currently stand, it appear EA does not process ANY player report for cheating for NFS HPR which is why i'm trying this way to get things resolved.
Yes i'm aware of the ridiculous 'name & shame' rule.

Your only option is to continue reporting, everything else will be handled by the EA ToS team.
'continue reporting' ??? Continue reporting the same player harrassing and DDoSing? EA is already very much useless with report for cheating. Out of over 300 cheaters i met in HPR alone, not a single one got banned for cheating. For the few i reported i provided video evidence and they never got banned.
Btw i did try to report the subject of this post through player report and once again despite providing video evidence the reply i received was basically telling me to go kick rock.
