Defective disk

Hi there,

My  son just saved enough $ to buy his new game.  We just moved & he tripped on the xbox which caused the disk to rattle inside & stop working.  His dad tried fixing it but it still has a small defect.  Since we've already purchase the game through Amazon is their any way to obtain a replacement disk in exchange for the defective one along with the receipt for proof of purchase?  Buying another one again is not an option for us right now and since we've already paid primarily for the artistic licensing I was hoping he could get this one replaced. What do you think?  Can you help us?

Since you destroyed the disk, i dont see any other alternative then you have to buy a new disk

We've purchased several of these need for games & this is the only one that we have had a problem.  We are not blaming anyone for this.  It was our accident.

I just thought as part of your customer service you'd at least have a discounted version for these types of situations.  Especially since disk only cost you a few cents to produce & we've already paid for the artistic license through our original purchase.

Is this really how you handle your customer when this type of problem comes up? I hope you can provide us with a better answer than that.

    Thanks, Silvia

Tried that but can't seem to find a place to email them directly.  I was hoping I could reach through this means.  I'm not impressed with their customer support.  Thanks for responding anyway.
