Deluxe Edition content from NFS 2015 with the Deluxe Edition game disc…

Hey guys! Im new here and I just have a new concern. I’ve been playing nfs 2015 deluxe edition for a while now and according to the add ons i can get the BMW M3 GTR E46 plus parts for it in the game by downloading the add on. Since I have the actual Deluxe Edition game disc, I do not need to worry about the original content. I tried downloading the content and I did and it was installed but I couldn’t see the car or the parts anywhere in the game. I was told that you can buy the car for 0 bank and you can find the parts for it in the parts inbox, but I could not. I tried uninstalling it and installing it manually and as well as power cycling my Xbox one but no luck. Can anyone help me out here please?
