I to preordered the Standard Edition, thought it was a trick that we didn’t would get the bonus so I bought the In-Game Deluxe Upgrade & now I can’t install the upgrade.Checked the PS-store, there was a download button; I hit that & nothing changes. Still can’t install the Deluxe Upgrade.I just finished Leauge 73 & Graveyard Shift. Got some of the Platinum Cars unlocked but there is still price on Them, they are not free. Chekced all the DealershopsDeleted the game & re-installed it a couples of times, I restored Licences in PS4 settings, I restarted the console. NothingI can’t neither open the Add-Ons or the Speciel Need for Speed Payback ThemeAnother big bug is that, I’m from Denmark & for me to play the game flawless (I’m talking about the dialouges from the Characters & the Police) I have to change the PS4 language to English (United States) that is some BSThis is really a pain (sorry the language) in the *- really hope this is gonna be fixed real soon!

Yes I’m right up there with you too I bought the deluxe edition and have not got my platinum pack or high rollers...have also deleted and reinstalled and tried restoring license but nothing works...I got my shipments too like you guys but no extra cars that I paid for!!! Anybody have any updates on this mess???

You're not the only one. I pre ordered the Standard Edition so I was eligoble to get the Platinum Car Pack which I did and when I got into the game, I can't find any of the items.

I totally agree, this has been the worst racing game release since The Crew. I think it may actually be a worse release than The Crew was in 2014 autumn.

@countryboy12784 Have you fully completed all the tutorial missions and purchased your first car (a choice between S2000 and two other cars)? Once you have done all that got your first garage on the airfield should the cars appear in your garage (already in their classes and slightly tuned up). They may also be in your warehouse (accessible from the garage).

Go to your PS4 settings, then I mean it is the catogory management and in there is something about Licensenses

Im having the exact same issue, except i bought the deluxe edition of the game on a black friday deal on the PS store, i recieved premium shipments and base ones but still no high rollers or Platinum car pack? Im way past the prologue now, done my first heist and still no cars in my garage. Any information on this problem would be greatly appreciated, you can message my ps account ( PollockJ )

I don’t know anything about the High Roller pack since that where working just fine for me but the Platinum cars was an exclusive Pre-Order only before the release november the 10th

It is not only for pre-order. I game share with my brother and I am the main accout. I but the Felix edition but I dont have the cars and my brother does

I got an solution from the Danish Playstation Costumor Service and got my game to work Perfectly
Try this guys:
1. You'll have to delete the game, Only game- You don't have to delete your progress.
2. Install the game again
When you have installed the game close it down if it opens
Now you have to operate in Safe Mode.
¤ Turn off your Playstation4 Console
¤ Push and Hold Down the Power-Button on the Console until you have heard two bip; the first bip when you push and second after approxibly 7 seconds. Release the button right after the second bip
¤ Connect the Controller with the cable when your asked
From the Safe Mode you'll have to try Option 4 & 5.
Your'll have to do this procedure two times. One for option 4 & one for option 5.
These two options doesn't delete anything on your harddrive, it only optimize your Console.
After the procedure, go to PS4 Settings & Recover the Licenses
If this don't work for you guys then there is only EA to help, and we all know how that goes. Zzz
