Deluxe version doesn't unlock the DLC.

Product: Need for Speed Payback
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug I can't play the DLC even though I own the deluxe version.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Joldmann
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 12/19/2017
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 04:00 PM
What is your time zone? EET (ART) - GMT + 2:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can play the game but without the DLC.
What do you expect to see? Being able to play the DLC.
Please select your region Europe
Were you connected to other players when the bug occurred? No

I opened the game and it didn;t say I own the DLC even though i own the deluxe version.

I hope if this will resolve itself in time, but I would really like to play the Speedcross DLC in the near future.

    It got solved.
    I went to the in-game store tab and the DLC appeared "get for free".

    I upgraded to deluxe edition and it had all the content but when I wanted to do speedcross then it said I had to pay.

    And I have a south African account

    I tried but it still said I had to pay so tell exactly what u did

    An issue has been resolved on PS4 where Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players were not seeing Speedcross as being free.

    At this time, all Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players should see Speedcross as a free download, can you all please confirm this?
