Deluxe Vs EA play for NFS 2015

If I purchase Deluxe Add-on for Need for Speed 2015 do I still need to get EA Play to download the base game on my PS5?

    The Need for Speed (2015) Deluxe Edition release of Need for Speed (2015) is a special bundle that includes the standard game, exclusive content, and unique bonuses. After buying it, you will not need to use EA Play.
