A couple of things to try, Clean boot and clean video driver install.

First, download and run the following video driver uninstaller: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx

Then run your video driver setup and complete the reinstall process.

Then perform a clean boot to help prevent other software interfering with the game:

Ok I have just done a clean uninstall of my GPU drivers and then re-installed them with the latest drivers. I also ran a clean boot and restarted my PC after doing so.

THE GAME STILL SHOWS THE SAME ERROR

-- at first, ur video card does not match Minimum System Requirements, this is could be a main problem.

-- in ur log u have two errors type: TDR and RADAR PRE LEAK

Tdr cuses by problem with video card, video driver, OS,..

Radar pre leak - by problem with memory, drivers, software,..

-- if u have some overclocked settings (cpu, ram, gpu,..), discard it;

-- try reinstall videodriver with ddu again on version Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta;

-- and before run a game close any background software from Razer.
