Dialog Bug

Product: Need for Speed Payback
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug The bug is in the dialog in the game. i have seen from steamers there should be a dialog while you play the game. like you get a phone call and talk with your crew memeber and so on.. but that dialog doesnt come up there is only the cut scenes where there is dialog. and those cut senes seems to be missing some context to some dialgo that should have happend doing the game play/ freermod run.. so plz fix that.. i really hate when you you're missing some context to a conversation.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 11-07-17
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) right from the start at the release. 00.00
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just play the game and you can see the dialog is missing.
What happens when the bug occurs? well there is no sound or subtitles and you kinda miss out in the story to the cut senes

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just play the game and you will see the dialog is missing when you're racing..
What happens when the bug occurs? there is no voice or no subtitle .. it is really anyoing to miss a part of the sotry due to a dialog bug...

I have tried reinstall it and *. Do you know if he plays on a ps4 pro?

I have the same exact problem as you. I've tried reinstalling the game and also deleting my save files. Didn't work.

Summarize your bug During the races there is supposed to be dialog between the main characters, but there isn't any in my game. I know there should be based on youtube videos of the same exact part of the campaign, and they do have character dialog during their races.

What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game, you'll notice that the dialog is missing.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no communication or dialog between the main characters during the races. Dialog in cutscenes is working perfectly fine, and other ingame sounds also work during the races.
What do you expect to see? It to be fixed asap please ☹️

Also the dialog in cutscenes is working. Just not during the races.

If it is for regular ps4 this bug is it should be fixed.

More like in terms they should fix it. It's properly a patch error.
