Digital deluxe downlaod for nfs heat

My buddy bought nfs heat and digital deluxe add on. But after he redeemed the code and installed everything, or so we thought. It never downloaded the add ons. We go to the manage game and add ons and it only shows the game files and nothing else. We go to the store to reenter the code and it says its already redeemed.  Can anyone help with this. We have the 25 digit code for download and confirmation code of redemption.
