DirectX 11 error on NFS heat. "GPU Does not support DirectX11"

I have got a new computer and it has a 3080, it says my GPU doesn't support DirectX 11, from the previous times  I have tried to run the game before i had never got this problem, but suddenly now i have got this, can I somehow force run directx11 or run the game on directx11 instead of 12? here is the error and my dxdiag. I appreciate any help or suggestions to fix this. Thank you

    I have the same problem with the AMD RX 480 8 GB GPU, even though it should definitely support DirectX 11.
