DirectX Error BUG Crashing my game over and over

DirectX Error BUG Crashing my game over and over

In the past few days I haven't been able to play NFS Heat due to a DirectX error that crashes my game every single time.
I have tried multiple workarounds and nothing seems to work. Updated system, updated graphics drivers, changed from display port to HDMI AND NOTHING WORKS. I deleted all my profile settings in NFS Heat Documents folder and STILL NOTHING. Idk what else to do... game is unplayable I want a refund.

  • Yes I did man.

    I have done so many things.. updated windows to latest drivers, updated gpu, changed from display port to hdmi, changed monitor and size in nvidia control panel to "no scalling" and through GPU. I have factory reseted my pc. I have changed in-game graphics & resolution, run it as administrator, clean reinstall of the game, options files deleted and recreating new ones...

    Idk what else to do. I can't play NFS Heat because I keep getting that DirectX crashing error.

     @pwlcosta,

    Honestly, I'm amazed that nothing worked, I had a similar issue with NFS Heat that was only fixed after reinstalling Windows. Since you have tried everything there is nothing much I can say then to reinstall Windows, maybe also try your luck with EA support.

    Best regards,
