Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered Not Launching

Question

I have this game in EA App. I tried all possible solutions. Not working. Update Graphics Drivers, Verify Game Files, Run as Administrator, Disable ALL Overlay Programs, Check for Background Programs, Adjust Compatibility Settings, Check DirectX and Visual C++ Redistributables, Reinstall the Game, Check Event Viewer, Install launch options on dx11. All not working.
CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2678 v3
GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3060
RAM: 32GB DDR3
Install on drive E:

Hello there,You mentioned changing the compatibility settings but I am wondering if you checked the "Run this program as an administrator" checkbox.
