DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung

I'm having a problem with my recently purchased game "Need For Speed:Rivals".

Randomly, when i'm playing this game, the audio will start looping and the screen will go black then an error prompt shows up.

I tried to get a screenshot with snipping tool but the error message stays always on the top layer of windows so I couldn't see exactly what it said.

I have no idea how this is triggered.

I have also fully updated windows and my nVidia graphics card.
