Display name field missing from registry

I just purchased need for speed heat from epic games, but I cannot play it through Ea app as it gives display name registry error and if I give my credentials, it says seems your computer is offline what can I do to fix this error

    Hi @Raj7788, Would it be possible to get a screenshot of the error message?

    Also to check have you linked your EA and Epic accounts already?

    Thanks for reaching out to the community on AHQ!

    Would it be possible to get a screenshot or a clip of how this looks for you? Also, if you haven't can we give the following steps a try?

    1. Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
    2. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
    3. Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    4. Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
    5. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
