meant to also say ... it doesnt seem to impact anything, other than the annoyance factor ... i have over 5000 miles on my Bugatti alone and other than it keeps saying I've only driven it for one hour there are no major issues with it.

If I delete my save file will it fixed? Or I have to go 200 miles again to learn that?

My save file was corrupted early on and I'm back at 199 miles so I doubt that yours would be any different. Kinda taking a chance if you try it, but that's just my opinion.
