Dlc cars not showing up in rivals, please help.

I guess this has storted out itself now, but you have to restart the game in order for them to pop up.

I download the complete edition of Need For Speed Rivals(the Jaguar and Ferrari DLC packs, the concept Lamborghini pack And the Koenigsegg ONE:1 pack) on my PC,but they don't appear in the car selection screen. Even i complete the racer and cop careers with both rank 21. Need Help!
