DLC FOR NEED FOR SPEED PAYBACK?
I was wondering if there will be any planned dlc for Need For Speed payback, and will it be free or paid. or something in between.

Dlc's are what keep a game alive (If done right) just look at gtav.
Yeah... GTA V is probably the worst example you could've given. Only bad things have happened since GTA Online updates kicked off. They went after modding, they made everything absurdly expensive, optimization has taken a nose dive, freemode is pretty much identhical to Battlefield at this point, not to mention the singleplayer is pretty much abandonware.
If you want an example of good DLC look at The Witcher 3.
