DLC not working not showing up in the game

Question

I've just recently purchased the lambo vehicle pack from the PlayStation Store. It says it had been downloaded and installed but nothing has shown up in the game. I've tried everything to get it to work but still no new cars. This has also happened with the garage pack and I ended up deleting it and getting a refund from PlayStation Store. Why isn't the DLC working? Will someone please help me. EA customer support system utterly terrible. I entered a live chat and asked Rahul and he just said Hello Daniel. Then never said anything else That's not even my name!

What rank are you ? &nbsp;I just read in the posts you Need to be above rank 20 to access the free koenigssen car ( sorry for spelling hard car to spell correctly ! ) so may be same for the pack you refer to , if you are rank 20 + and it still not there contact console downloads helpline ( eg Sony, )not the game' s helpline, and tell them your download issue, I,m sure they will try to help you resolve the problem, explain to Sony network problems helpline the exact problems you are having and the refund etc...also email origins and ask them to help you again, tell them your problem is not resolved, good luck ! All DLC cars, EXCEPT the Koeniggsegg One:1*, should be available&nbsp;in the game, no matter what rank you are.(*You need to be level 21)

You have to be level 20 to unlock the dlc cars

I'm having the same problem, I bought the complete edition and the DLC cars are missing on my garage (I'm level 48).
