DLC not working not showing up in the game

All DLC cars, EXCEPT the Koeniggsegg One:1*, should be available in the game, no matter what rank you are.

(*You need to be level 21)

I'm having the same problem, I bought the complete edition and the DLC cars are missing on my garage (I'm level 48).
