Do i have to re-download the game or is the trial the whole game?

Hi, i just bought both the game and origin access.

I'm wondering if I downloaded the trial version do i have to re-download the whole game again?

Because its showing as 2 seperate games in my origin library, but the trail version seems to be the whole game with a 21GB download size.

I have a metered internet connection so i would want to minimize the size of my download.
