If by clean up repair you are referring to broken windows and scratches being removed i cant say, however if your referring to the literal damage bar being repaired then yes. In my experience if I wanted my car repaired I usually just drive through a gas pump breaking it and repairing my car in the process. However this is not always a must to repair your car. I have driven in-between gas pumps at high speeds with my car severally damaged, and it was repaired. However if my car was just a little bit damaged and I was to do the same thing lets say during the day, then it would sometimes not get repaired. I dont know the specifics. There definitely is a proximity to gas stations repair though. Today, I was racing during the day with my car at half damage health. I was not worried about going to a gas station anyhow, but during a race I happened to make a tight turn and went on the sidewalk just outside of the gas station and to my surprise this repaired my car. SO yeah it should repair your car, but not to sure about "clean-up" as in it makes it brand spanking new again.
