Need for Speed Heat Log In

I have been playing just fine the last few days on my Xbox series x. Now suddenly it says it cant connect to servers due to I need to log into my account. I have my account connected to my EA account, I have done the unplugging, deleting to reinstall, forgot password...everything I can think of and google can think of...its not just mine it is also my husband as well...we do not want to lose progress and change account opinions like it states on the first screen....What do I do to fix it?
