When I try to open the game I get a dialog box whit the text: Dx setup parameters not Found.

Try reinstalling/repairing directx. You can do this from your game folder.
By default the file is located here:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed The Run\__Installer\directx\redist
It's a long list, Once you have opened the redist folder, sort the list by type so you can easily find DXSETUP.
Then double click on the DXSETUP
