@EA_cuervo hi, i have indeed used ccleaner to uninstall the app, but nothing changed. here is the dxdiag information:

Community ManagerThe Windows error reporting part has a couple of errors, and it's also not displaying the information for your dedicated GPU correctly. These errors could be the reason why the EA app is not running as it should.
To fix that, you can try to:
1 - Update Windows
2 - Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files
3 - Clean install your graphics card: Troubleshooting graphics on PC
Once that's done, please restart your PC, re-download the EA app installer from https://www.ea.com/ea-app and try installing the app again.
