EA Nation?

Question

My problem is actually with Need for Speed ProStreet which I just purchased and downloaded from Origin.

I understand that this is not a supported product and that the servers are off-line but that should have no effect on logging onto EA Nation,

which this package will not do. I have recently reloaded several NFS titles for a play through, some older than NFS:PS and there is no issue with them.

Part of the problem lies in the fact that you cannot play NFS:PS without this link - as it bounces a check off EA Nation on the completion of EVERY event.

If this is irrepairable then I would like a refund, as you sold something that would not and could not work.

Any help on this?

they may give you another game for free, but that game would probably be as broken as your actual one, the EA way

Actually your game is fine, it'll save as usual. The multiplayer servers are its EA Nation servers, aside being where you could download car blueprints in the past. My copy has given up entirely on connecting to EA Nation, it doesn't even show that prompt.
