EA should describe what they sell

I have bought yesterday the Hyper black parts collection (Black friday offer), I have thought they would be fully upgraded and do not need any crates to upgrade them, but that was not the case, just two parts of them and the rest 4 parts need upgrading. I am upset that there was no description about what I am gonna buying.
