Earned the Easter Egg badge...on what and how can i see that ???

A few weeks ago i suddenly received a notification saying that i earned this Easter Egg badge.  I logged in on the HQ  to see how but the only thing i see is the badge name,logo and "Received a secr...

The badge is not from a game. 

Rather, it is a badge for your hard work on these forms. 👍😁
