Eddie's Challenges impossible for me...

... I simply didn't get the app for the challenges. At lv.25 Travis calls you, and after that Melissa, you should get the app, and you should be able to do Eddies 1st challenge. But can't even do t...

    eddies challenge is a side mission which is not part of the actual missions. see if you can progress further into the story missions and maybe it will unlock on its own.

The point is, that with lv.25 you should get the app and the mission "New Kids in Town". I do not have it, but i want it, I don't care if it's only a side mission. But things like these should not be happening.

So is there a solution or not?
