Why People hack/Spam With EMP? I played Nfs:Rivals 1 min Ago And I get hack/Spammed with EMP As Racer! Cops was no Around me But Why Hack/Spam With EMP??? Fix This://

What do you mean by hacked? Is it a constant emp when leaving hideout or what do you mean exactly?
