Error - game crashes CE-34878-0 while online.

Question

I am playing Need for Speed Rivals on the PS4 and whenever I am online the game randomly crashes to the 'report error menu'. This has happened about 4 times already and there are no updates available to download, and I have no PS Camera. I also loose connection at a high rate, at least until I become the host then it is fine unless the game crashes.

Console: PS4

I have done all of these things and none of them worked. Huge waste of time because of the initialization and still didn't work.

Step 1: Close the application, install the latest system software and game update, and restart the system.
Step 2: If a PS Camera is connected to the system, remove it and reboot the system, then go to [Settings] &gt; [User] &gt; [Login Settings] and turn "Enable Face Recognition" OFF.
Step 3: If the error occurs again, back up your saved data, and then go to [Settings] &gt; [Initialization] and choose [Initialize PS4].
