Every time when I try to play NFS Heat Online it says "Disconnected from the Server" HELP?!

I found a way to play online. First you have to enter in single game, then you have to exit to the main menu and try to connect to online game one more time.
Same problem here. Didn't work after several tries. Then I did some solo play to get the first story missions out of the way (to get a garage and everything). After that I could connect and play with a buddy. But now I can't connect anymore again. That's a bit frustrating. No solutions to be found either. Just posts like this of people who have the same problem.

Same problem here, and after the error shows the loading screen stays forever.

Wie ich gelesen habe gab es das Problem bereits bei Payback... schon enttäuschend das EA so ne große Welle macht und dann scheinbar nichts gegen den Fehler unternimmt und sich noch nicht mal hier im Forum zu Wort meldet...
habe nun das gleiche Problem, ist schade weil der online Modus für mich das Spiel ausmacht...
