Error code 0003080F in nfs heat
Is anyone else getting this? Does anyone know how to fix it. It says item synchronization failed. But I'm still able to play solo

Same here. Playing on Ps4, just got it thru psplus. Have been playing for a few days but now I cant buy or install stuff on my cars, I could buy a car though. Found a thread from 2019 that said something about this relating to a server error. I guess the server error returned when the game suddenly got new users.

Ok...it seems I managed to counter the problem by just attempting LOADS of times...just keep buying it over and over again until it finally works. It works for me after like 6-8 attempts.
Beware that this method seems to sometimes cause your money to disappear. Better than not being able to buy anything and rendering progression impossible though.
EDIT: THE ITEMS DIDN'T DISAPPEAR, they were actually in my inventory, I just had to equip them from there. The error that appeared prior and I thought the items disappeared is a message that said "failed to update customization" or something like that
