Error code 0003080F in nfs heat
Is anyone else getting this? Does anyone know how to fix it. It says item synchronization failed. But I'm still able to play solo

Please help, Need for Speed heat when selecting to play online gives me an error 3 Failed to load inventory and then it says contact ea for customer support.
I see that a lot of people have had/have this issue when playing online.
Playing on PC.
Any help?
I recently started playing NFS Heat. After a couple of days I tried to join a friends party. I got an error stating unable to do so. I closed the app and tried log back in when I got the following message.
AttentionYour inventory could not be loaded.
Please try again.
If this problem persists please contact EA customer support for assistance.
Error Code: 6.I play on PlayStation 5.
I have scrolled through the forums and checked for similar issues posted on YouTube, with no luck.
Upon contacting EA support chat service, I was instructed to try and post my issue here.
Any help/fix would be appreciated.

- @beedy192 I also have this problem I literally could get on the game on a other account but not mine it’s so weird I’ve tried deleting and re downloading the game I’ve tried resetting my ps5 I’ve tried resetting the internet nothing works
I have done all that you have as well. I cleared cache and rebuilt database to clear anything in the system. I also deleted my save data from console(kept in cloud data incase of fix) and the same issues happens. Hopefully something on EA’s end and a fix comes. Sorry you’re facing similar issues.
Same issue on my end as well. No idea what is going on, literally have like 15 min of play time and haven't been able to play again since. EA please fix this issue

Just finished talking with a support agent and they told me that this issue is being fixed this exact moment.

They sure are taking a long time to fix it, its been 4 days and i am still recieving error code 6.

Yeah same, i just ran into this problem and i was just about to call EA and ask to see if they could fix the problem.
But im glad to known its being fixed at the moment cause ive read the comments. And any clue when this will be fixed?
My game will tell me that it cannot load my inventory then proceed to tell me that i’ve been kicked from session, i’ve been playing those game for 3 years, i have 211 cars and 2.9 million dollars at the moment. all of which has been made legit from grinding the game for the past 3 years. you guys gotta fix your *
Its not letting me play online, its saying my inventory cannot be loaded. I had 543k rep and 3 ultimate parts and i get kicked out of the game because of the server
Getting a 0003080F Error?
TL;DR: Nothing on player's end is causing this. EA has an issue with their servers so NFS Heat is unplayable until they fix their end. I've included the transcript below.
WARNING: I pushed trying to play solo anyway and currently my inventory is wiped out. Don't know if this is fixable but I might have lost everything. If you can't connect to online play, don't try to push Solo like I did.

So I just got onto nfs heat and tried to go online and I'm met with an error message "your inventory could not be loaded. please try again, If this problem persists please contact EA Customer support for assistance. Error Code: 3" and then "Disconnected from session, Kicked from session Error Code: DR1005.
Can you help me with this?

How do i load my game it says your inventory could not be loaded please try again and i have 6 times
this has been happening to me all day as well on PC. Its more than just loading inventory for me though - any time I change a part on my car it takes FOREVER to save and a lot of the time I get a message saying it failed to save my change.
I'm also seeing that most of the cash I earn is not saved. Extremely frustrating.
