Error Code 6 still not Fixed and it wont fix itslef by waiting i guess so pls do something

This game has been out since 2019 and they cant fix this game like EA has always been like this

I'm also having this error code 6 problem/your inventory could not be loaded. Please try again. If this problem persist please contact EA customer support for assistance.
This problem happened on 2nd October, 2022 sometime in morning hours with me. Here I am with others telling EA customer support about an issue via writing. I am hoping for a response as you'll stated to contact you'll for assistance if the problem persist. This is a method that you'll are being contacted.

"fixed" the issue by deleting the save file (Documents folder) and selecting the non existent local save file when asked, which results in losing all progress and starting over.

Just found out that my cloud save is wiped out. i have last played the game in september and today jsut tried to launch jsut to start from a scratch without anything there.... i haveupdate to win 11 last week but that shouldn;t be the issue as there is cloud saves i can even install the game fresh on new computer load it and it auto download and start form the cloud. i see problem with the servers 2 days ago so i assume my cloud save got wiped by the server itself. if that's the case no wonder this game is on sale for 3$ on steam. Whatever EA does it's so bad.
