I'm having problems trying to either join my friends games or invite players to mine. I get this error code...
There aren't 16 people in the lobby and even trying join party it does the same

you should create a party in main menu first
in main menu (before press play online) press R3 button
next create party
then invite ur friends and wait to accept
then use play online
and all of ur friends will join u automatically
the problem is that even if we do what you said there is one person who still gets that error, EA just doesn't want to fix his problems 🤐
