I have an issue with the game, or in other words ANY EA game

I've been having this problem for some time now but because of school, i didn't have time to resolve the issue, on any EA game its says to log in with my account or link the steam account, i try to link up the steam account and its say its already logged on an email that i dont own and cant access it, i dont know the full email i just know its an hotmail (which here in romania is unheard of), my steam account was hacked somewhere around four years ago but since then i've changed all my passwords. Do you guys have ideeas for what i can do because i wanted to play
