Could you please try switching between your data connection (3G/4G) to WiFi, or visa-versa. Make sure you completely close the game and reload. Afterwards, try performing a complete reboot of the device as a workaround to the issue.
In the meantime, are you connected to Game Center on your iPad?

8 years agoI have the same problem, I wasn't able to play this game since the issues started last 13Feb. Most of the ios users have been complaining about this (ios 10.2.1)☹️☹️
We already tried the suggestions here but none of them works. Pls fix the issues so that the ios users can play this game again.

Same with me! im using multiple device all ios and got the same error. pls fix this issue! im using Ipad, Iphone 5s and 4s.

Did u get this problem solve. I am so disappoimted mine has not been fixed yet. I am afraid to uninstall the app, fearing I might loose all my data
