Error downloading assets problem! (NEED HELP)

Hello EA, please help us fix this problem, NFS:NL keeps telling me it has errors downloading the assets or i dont have an internet connection, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE WIFI. It works perfectly in my Android device but here in my iOS device, it's been like this for a week and i even tried reinstalling the game, no chances. Im an old player of this game and please dont let me down, Everybody here has been complaining about this problem. My iOS version is 10.2 and my iDevice is an iPad Air. Please answer ASAP, or give methods on how to fix this.
