Perhaps your laptop needs to use the main high-power GPu to render the game.https://help.ea.com/en/article/setting-up-a-graphics-card-gaming-profile/
It's also worth double-checking that your system meets the minimum requirements, laptops tend to have much lower gaming power than desktop PCs.

- My spec laptop: intel core i3 4th generation 4005u 1.7ghz Nvidia geforce gt920m 2gb vram Ram 4gb i think that spec can play atleast medium to high and all my driver are updated
