Error need for speed no limits

Exactly what im on about. I'm already logged in but still asking to log in, even though im already am. I'm using samsung z6 flip. Iv tried install and uninstall etc.... nothing works so im not going on until.iyd fixed. Hope it's soon as I put a lot of time and money in the game and I ain't starting again 

I see that the problem is solved. How? It persists with me even after updating to Android 16.

It is not the case to have 2 Google accounts on your phone. I only have one account, but instead of connecting to it, the game tells me that “this account already exists on your device”, as if it's trying to create a new account instead of connecting to the existing one.

Same for me, after last week's update. Although my name appears at the beginning and I appear logged into the player profile, the “sign in” button appears on the homepage. Also since then I can't access “crews” because it tells me to log in, sends me to Google play, checks my info, I put in my email address and the answer is “this account already exists on your device”. Which is exactly what shanebirkin83 says.

I reinstalled the game, no change. I'm playing on a Google Pixel 8 Pro on which worked OK before.
