Error with Need for Speed Rivals DirectX 10.1 and Windows 10

Hi all

I have Windows 10 installed, and bought myself Need for Speed Rivals yesterday. Installed, updated, etc. When I try to run the game, I get an error message (picture attached).

Any help? I'm not a huge gamer or very technical, just like playing now and again. I also have NFS Hot Pursuit - works perfectly.
